I think the blog owner is an actor from the movie, Masters of Thunder. NARASAKI helped work on the music for Masters of Thunder.
I also found an interesting image of TOKUSATSU as South Park characters!

I don't know who made it but I found it through Google images on Last.fm.
If anyone knows who made, please let me know! I'd like to credit this person.
